The Division of Mathematical Statistics is shared between the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Present research areas in mathematical statistics are spatial-temporal stochastic models, non-parametric inference, random graphs, statistical signal processing, filtering and inference in partial observed systems. Applications are to financial mathematics, environmental research and medicine.
